Prepare-se para entrar na magia deste Reino, tirando o máximo proveito das atrações que o mesmo oferece.

Os brinquedos (“rides”), shows, paradas e tudo mais, jamais serão esquecidos por você.

Este sempre foi o ideal de Walt Disney.

Os mínimos detalhes foram pensados para que os visitantes sintam-se encantados pela perfeição de tudo: organização, instalações e atrações impecáveis, extrema cordialidade dos funcionários sempre sorrindo, limpeza, pontualidade, etc.

Fantástico!!!

Para ter uma ideia, funcionários de uma área do Magic Kingdom não podem circular em outra, para não “quebrar o encanto” dos visitantes. Ou seja, você jamais irá encontrar, por exemplo, um “Cast Member” da Tomorrowland, na Fantasyland.

Eles estão certos!!!!!

Andando pelo Parque as crianças adoram encontrar personagens de histórias e filmes da Disney, abraçá-los, posar juntos para fotos, além de conseguir valiosos autógrafos.

Em qualquer ponto de venda do Magic Kingdom você encontrará diversas opções de “autograph books”, livrinhos para juntar assinaturas durante o passeio.

É claro que você vai comprar um livro para cada criança, né? Senão vai ser aquela confusão….

Não deixe de leva-los aos demais parques da Disney, pois neles vocês também irão encontrar personagens durante o passeio com diferentes fantasias.

Toda vez que houver uma placa com formato da cabeça do Mickey, significa que ele, Donald e seus amigos estarão por perto para encontrar os visitantes.

Aproveite o momento para fotos e colecionar autógrafos.

Caso não estejam por perto, procure um funcionário (Cast Member) para saber o horário que irão aparecer ou retornar.

Ao longo do passeio, placas indicarão os melhores pontos para fotografar ou filmar o parque e seu grupo.

Procure chegar cedo e, logo na entrada pela rua principal (Main Street), pare na Town Square, onde já terá oportunidade de começar sua interminável série fotográfica de personagens.

Continuando pela Main Street, passe em frente ao Casey’s Corner (ao lado esquerdo) e observe que logo atrás fica o First Aid, informado no post anterior (Primeiros Socorros e ponto de encontro de crianças perdidas).

Continue na rua principal até a próxima praça, e fotografe a estátua de Walt Disney com o famoso camundongo, Mickey, tendo ao fundo o icônico Castelo da Cinderella.

Lembrete geral: as atrações mais concorridas dos Parques da Disney permitem que o visitante solicite o “FastPass+” (FP) nos quiosques, o que significa que você poderá agendar um horário daquela atração para sua turma não ficar em fila.

Tome cuidado para não coincidir com a parada, show do Castelo ou apresentações de fogos.

Agora siga à direita, entrando na área Tomorrowland, e comece a se divertir nos brinquedos (rides) aqui numerados de acordo com o mapa que você retirou na entrada.

71 – Tomorrowland Speedway – Pista de carrinhos para crianças acima de 1,37 m de altura. Não precisa levar fita métrica, pois em todos os “rides” já têm uma régua na entrada para esta finalidade – FP

72 – Space Mountain – Montanha russa em ambiente fechado, escuro, velocidade alucinante e movimentos bruscos. Sensacional para quem curte este gênero, mas desaconselhável para idosos, mulheres grávidas ou pessoas com labirintite – FP

73 – Astro Orbiter – Pilote uma astronave sobre Tomorrowland

76 – Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin – Jogo de tiro ao alvo – FP

Não perca tempo nos:

70 – Monster Inc. Laugh Floor (piadas e brincadeiras, ao vivo, sem graça….)

74 – Tomorrowland Transit Authority People Mover

75 – Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress

 

Continue subindo no sentido da Fantasyland, onde as atrações são dedicadas ao público infantil, mas que certamente agradam a todos os visitantes:

Voltando no sentido da Main Street, você encontará a Adventureland, novamente dedicada à criançada:

15 – Swiss Family Treehouse – Casa na árvore, inspirada num filme

16 – The Magic Carpets of Aladdin – Voo bem alto, em um tapete mágico, sobre a Adventureland – FP

 

Entretenimentos imperdíveis:

No Time Guide retirado junto com o mapa do MK, observe os horários destas atrações espetaculares e, 15 minutos antes, se posicione em local com melhor visual possível, obviamente respeitando os cordões de isolamento montados pela equipe Disney:

Assista à parada das 15:00 horas na Main Street, com todos os personagens do Magic Kingdom: Festival of Fantasy Parade

Às 19:55 horas veja o show do Castelo da Cinderella, terminando com um lindo espetáculo de fogos de artifício: Happily Ever After (Felizes para sempre)

Show de fogos

Nos meses que antecedem Halloween e Natal, o Magic Kingdom recebe decoração especialmente dedicada aos eventos.

O Photopass serve para adquirir as fotos tiradas do seu grupo por fotógrafos da Disney espalhados pelos principais pontos do Parque. Não há qualquer compromisso.

Na hora da saída eles passam o cartão com sua identificação no computador, você confere e compra somente as fotos de seu interesse.

Estes mesmos fotógrafos oficiais costumam ajudar os visitantes, clicando com suas máquinas, além do equipamento deles, claro.

No final do dia, retorne ao ponto de parada dos trenzinhos (Trams), que levarão os visitantes de volta ao estacionamento de veículos.

Dois meios de transporte servem até os Trams: Monorail (rápido) ou Ferry Boat (lento, mas com belo visual).

Antes de embarcar no Tram com seu grupo, observe, no ponto de embarque, o personagem Disney correspondente ao bolsão de estacionamento que parou cedo.

Chegando ao destino, identifique a fila para encontrar seu carro com rapidez.

Magic Kingdom – The name says it all (2018)

Get ready to get into the Magic of this lovely Kingdom, enjoying the many attractions at your grasp, such as rides, concerts and parades that will never be forgotten by you, your family and friends.

This has always been the Walt Disney’s dream.

All have been designed to delight everyone regardless of age: organization, facilities and incredible attractions, extreme staff cordiality always smiling, grooming, punctuality, etc. Fantastic!!!

Every little thing is planned: the crew from an area cannot be present in another one, not to “break the visitors’enchantment”.

That is, you’ll never find a Cast Member from Tomorrowland in Fantasyland, for instance.

They are right!!!!!

By walking through the Park, children love to find the stories and movies characters, embrace them, posing together for photos, besides getting their valuable autographs.

At any Magical Kingdom’s shop you’ll find “autograph books” to collect the characters’ signatures all day long.

Of course you’ll buy a book for each child, right? Otherwise you’ll face a big mess with them…..

Be sure to take these books to the other Disney Parks, because during the tours you will also find many characters in different outfits.

Whenever you see a plaque shaped of Mickey’s head it will mean Donald and his friends are around to meet and welcome visitors.

Enjoy the moment to take nice photos and get their autographs.

If they are not around, look for a Cast Member asking the time they will show up or return.

Along the streets and paths some signs will indicate the best spots to photograph or film the Park and your group.

Be sure to arrive early and from the Main Street entrance you’ll be able to start your endless characters’ photographic series.

Still on the Main Street, walk in front of Casey’s Corner (left side) noting the First Aid spot as informed in the previous post (first aid and lost children meeting point). Continue on the Main Street up to the next square and then photograph the statue of Walt Disney and the famous Mickey mouse, having the iconic Cinderella’s Castle as background.

General reminder: the most popular attractions in Disney parks allow visitors to request a “FastPass+” (FP) at the kiosks around.

By doing this your group will schedule a convenient time to enjoy the chosen ride avoiding the line.

Be careful not to coincide with the daily Parade, Castle Show or other spectacles.

Now turn right, enter the Tomorrowland area to enjoy the rides hereunder numbered according to the map you’ve taken out at the Park main entrance.

71 – Tomorrowland Speedway- a trolley track for children over 1, 37m high. No, you don’t need to take measuring tape because all the “rides” have their own rulers for this purpose-FP

72 – Space Mountain – a roller coaster in a closed, dark, speedy atmosphere full of sudden movements. Amazing for this genre’s lovers, although not advisable for elderly, pregnant women or people with labyrinthitis-FP

73 – Astro Orbiter – Pilot a spacecraft on Tomorrowland

76 – Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin – a target shooting game-FP

Do not waste your time on:

70 – Monster Inc. Laugh Floor (bland jokes….)

74 – Tomorrowland Transit Authority People move

75 – Walt Disney’s Carroussel of Progress

Keep on heading to Fantasyland, where the kids’ attractions will please all the visitors for sure:

44 – Mickey’s PhilharMagic- a trip with Disney characters in a 3-D movie-FP

45 – Peter Pan’s Flight- a flight with Peter Pan on a magical ship-FP

46 – It’s a Small World – a boat ride across countries of the world

53 – The Barnstormer- a kid roller coaster which accepts big guys (not recommended for pregnant women)-FP

54 – Dumbo the Flying Elephant- a flight with Dumbo-FP

55 – Mad Tea Party – giant teacups that turn and spin with people inside them-FP

57 – The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh-a trip to a hundred-acre forest in a honey pot-FP

If you have time enough:

43 – Prince Charming Regal Carousel- a classic horse carousel

On the left side you’ll find the Liberty Square

36 – Liberty Square River Boat – navigation on American rivers on board of Liberty Belle

37 – Haunted Mansion – a very cool ride through a dark and haunted house-FP

If you have time enough:

35 – Hall of Presidents- a 22- minute “long” presentation on stage with all the American Presidents (if you don’t speak English very well you won’t understand a single word; you better skip it…)

Skip directly to Frontierland

26 – Splash Mountain – Adventure in channels with amazing climbs and descents on speed-FP

29 – Tom Sayer Island-Adventure on an island with hiding places between tracks and trees

28 – Big Thunder Mountain Railroad- a high speed roller coaster with radical movements-FP

Not worth it

30 – Country Bear Jamboree – Small singers bears

By walking back towards the Main Street meet the Adventureland, again focused on children:

17 – Jungle Cruise – exotic rivers navigation-FP

19 – Pirates of Caribbean -travel back in time when pirates ruled the seas-FP

If you have a chance:

15 – Swiss Family Treehouse- a tree house inspired on a movie

16 – The Magic Carpets of Aladdin -a flight up high on a magic carpet over the Adventureland-FP

Must-see entertainment:

The Time Guide got along with the Park map, notices about these wonderful attractions.

15 minutes before them, set your group’s feet in a place with a nice view, always respecting the isolation strings mounted by the Disney’s staff:

Watch the “Festival of Fantasy Parade” at 3:00 pm on Main Street featuring all the Magical Kingdom’s characters.

At 7:55pm watch the “Happily Ever After” on Cinderella’s Castle, ending with a wonderful fireworks spectacle.

In the months leading up to Halloween and Christmas the Magic Kingdom receives especial decoration dedicated to these events.

Use the Photopass to purchase your group’s photos taken by Disney’s photographers at the main points of the Park. There’s no commitment at all.

At the time you leave the park you can see and purchase the pictures of your interest.

Those photographers also use to help with visitors’ cameras on demand, in addition to their own equipment, of course.

At the end of the day visitors must return to the Tram stop that will lead to the parking lot.

Choose one of these means of transport to the Tram stop: Monorail (fast) or Ferry Boat (slow, but with nice view).

Before boarding the Tram at the departure spot, note the character representing the zone you’ve previously parked.

By arriving at your destination, identify the queue to quickly find your car.
